The 2008 Urban Family Development Auction had a "live music / jazz" theme so I found an appropriately sultry, smokey image to serve as a consistent event branding background, as well as a font that fit that theme.

The overall package eventually included a save the date card, a promotional poster, the cover of the auction guide, and some online imagery for emails and web.
