The Washington Child Development Council needed a site refresh so I took their old site and developed a cleaner, updated look and feel, retaining echoes of the old look for continuity. I developed the site in a content management system so that they can take control of the content and fulfilled their desire for some movement by integrating a subtle Flash header which is dynamic but not in-your-face.
